Return policy/ Warranty

1 Year replacement only applies to products which have been broken during lifting, not cut with sharp objects or treated poorly. Dimand will not replace lost straps, sun damaged, liquid damage damaged or if they have been in a washing machine.  

For Returns:

  1. Simply contact us at sales@dimand.com.au  within 15 days of receiving your product. One of our representatives will assist you with a customer return number and shipping address.
  2. Make sure that the Dimand products are unused, and that all of the tags and accessories that came with the original shipment are in the package. Please place these things in the original packaging and write your Return number on the outside of package next to the “Ship To” address.
  3. Send us the package using a traceable form of shipment and provide us with the tracking number.

* At the present time we can only accept returns for Dimand Grip purchases that are made directly from our online stores, which are: www.sales@dimand.com.au. We cannot accept returns of Dimand purchased on other websites or from our local or international retailers, dealers or distributors.

* Returns being made for any reasons other than receiving an incorrect or damaged product may be made within 30 days of delivery, at your shipping expense.
