The Crossgrips will withstand more than you can hold (214kg per hand to be exact). However, after a 200/220kg deadlift, the crossgrip will slowly ride down the hand. So for ultimate heavy lifts, we recommend the Dimand Grips as they are remain firm on the wrist.

Dimand grips will withstand more than you can hold (214kg per hand to be exact). Dimand Grips were tested by a NATA accredited Material testing laboratory and each grip was found to have a maximum load of 2.297 kilonewtons or 214kg. So, go your hardest!

Dimand grip are designed to fit all wrist sizes, above 150mm wrist circumference. Dimand grips are to be of snug fit but not tight. We do recommend in-between sets, grips are loosened for comfort. *Please note, due to the flat packaging of each product, the black comfort neoprene material requires "wearing in" to mold to your wrist.
